What I liked

My time working at C.A.T. Global has been fantastic. This internship has provided me with more direct hands on experience than I would have ever expected. The company culture is awesome here and its been a privilege to work with such a driven, hardworking, and family oriented team. Hard work is very much rewarded here, and opportunities to ask questions, learn and grow are always available. The Logistics and Transportation industry as a whole is a tough and gritty industry. In my time here I've learned to navigate that and regardless of what I do in my career I will always be able to use the skills and lessons I've learned here.

What I wish was different

Advice

One piece of advice I would offer about this role is to come in hungry. Be willing to learn and grow, and stay motivated to become better each day. You will get what you put into this job and more here.

What I liked

Though I've only just started at CAT, I can already tell there is a stellar company culture and excellent training program. Everyone is kind and welcoming, and they're especially interested in OSU students who are still learning the ropes. Great company, and I'm so excited to learn everything I can!

Focus on your personal stories during the interview process. They really want to get to know YOU, not your resume.

What I liked

C.A.T. Global is a great place to work! It is a small team that is tight-knit and works together cohesively. I thoroughly enjoyed the leadership and the open community of the office. I learned a lot about the industry in my role at C.A.T. and was able to meaningfully contribute. The office is flexible with hours and WFH and does a good job of working with your current circumstances.
