It was a tough project that tested all that I had learned up to that point. Accrued leadership experience through my position as a team lead for the months that I worked
What I wish was different
More time to prepare. We started almost as soon as the spring semester ended
Advice
Stay focused. We were left alone by our advisor to work as we saw fit, so it was very easy at times to become lazy or slow down our pace because we weren't constantly being observed. This led to a lot of crunch time towards the end of the summer.

Learned a lot about the behind the scenes aspects of the Housing Services here at CBU. There is a lot of work going on to keep people's living area in top condition which is why we are rated as one of the top on campus housing in the nation. Supervisor is very patient and will walk you through how to do your job properly.

I think the pay could be a little higher to keep turnover rates lower. It can get very intense a lot of days which make a lot of guys leaves since there are other jobs paying just as much or even more for not as much work.
Advice
