Management and co-workers genuinely care about you, and you get to have lots of fun teaching kids about God and worshipping Him.

It is a really tough job, so having more break/rest times would be helpful.

It is so worth it, if you just keep and open mind and be willing to take the good and the bad. It develops you as a person.

I loved the staff an d the relationships I had there with the campers.

I would say you need to have a heart for kids for all ages and a spirit led heart for the Lord.

It was my first time being a counselor and I loved it. The kids touched my heart and the community was amazing.

I wish camp was not so short due to covid but I’m glad I got the job!

I would say practice worst case scenario. Weather changes and other minor schedule problems you have to think on your feet.
