What I liked

The kids here are amazing and so much fun to be around. The leadership support system was amazing and made working there so enjoyable, there was never a time where I felt like I was alone in the job or overwhelmed.

What I wish was different

Being with kids for 24/7 is really tiring and the break/time off schedule was good for the most part but there were some points where I wish my break was coming sooner, but this happens with all jobs I would say, overall an amazing place to work and I can't think of much I wish was different.

Advice

Feel free to step out of your comfort zone and go for a job that is completely unrelated to your major, even if you feel underqualified and strange flying across the country to do it because you might love it.
