It was the best experience. It was challenging but very rewarding. I got to pour into the lives of students and have a blast leading them in activities and small group. I also grew so much myself.
What I wish was different
Nothing, it was tiring but so worth it.
Advice
Be sure to be intentional with your personal relationship with God. He gives you the strength and the wisdom to know how to minister to the campers. Go in with openness and you will make some lifelong relationships with both staff and students.
