What I wish was different
I wish we had a bigger staff! We were very short handed, and our work load was very big!
Advice
Take care of yourself as you do of the children. If you don't take good care of yourself first, you can't take good care of others. Take some time for yourself each day to cool off. Kids are a lot of work. You will get stressed out often, so it's important to know how and when to relax and take care of yourself!
