It is all about the kids. If you want to make the most out of your experience at camp, make sure the kids are always having fun. This job requires a lot of patience and hard work but it is absolutely worth it; you are guaranteed to have an incredible summer.

What I liked
I loved the networking and ability to work closely with other people. Also, working with kids was the highlight of this summer.
What I wish was different
I wish I had known better what I was getting into - nothing bad!! - just a lot of information and a different way of life for me.
Advice
To always take advantage of the moment you're in. Also, you'll never know who might come around in the future that may be an advantage to you!
