I like that this job gives me the opportunity to help people who think they are stuck with a giant debt and have no option but paying the full balance right away. I have amazing coworkers, and the opportunity to earn a bonus check if I perform well enough. I am still getting there! :)
What I wish was different
A bit of leniency would be nice when it comes to a one minute tardy. It's easy to get caught in traffic so early in the morning, or simply have an emergency and have to run to the bathroom before clocking in. One minute should not count as a tardy in the system. I believe we should be given at least 5 minutes before considering us late.
