The nurse was amazing and I got to get comfortable and perform many nursing skills in a very different environment than we are used to. It was my home away from home.

What I liked
this ministry is spirit led and spirit filed, you get an amazing reward by sharing the gospel as well as getting your hands dirty. whatever needs to happen is what you are there for. Whether you are mopping floors, cleaning toilets, or staying up all night to walk a camper through the gospel, everything you do has purpose and adds to the kingdom of God.
What I wish was different
I wish I had taken more opportunities to mentor those in the kitchen under my supervision.
Advice
you are not prepared for the Lord has for you, but that is alright. Keith Oglesby always taught us God does not call the qualified, He qualifies the called in other words you grow in humility, patience, experience, strength, maturity, and spirituality. If God calls you to Carolina Creek Christian C amps, run as fast as you can to get there for you have a divine appointment with the God of the universe.

What I liked
It provided housing and food. The community and work mentality was amazing. It provides an environment where you can grow. There were three different camps at Carolina Creek: the Wild, Lakeview, and Creekside, and you could work with different age groups. The activities were fun!
What I wish was different
Maybe a few more various food options :).

That this place is worth working at if you wish to experience Christ in a new way, grow, and be among great community.

I gained experience working with people my age, as well as kids. It is a great, loving atmosphere.

I was worked so hard and long many days in the sun. Some of leadership is unwilling to help to get things they need done.
