What I liked

I enjoy working in an office and learning how a business operates. Being in IT I am always walking around and assisting users which allows me to converse with a wide range of people.

What I wish was different

I wish the coronavirus wouldn’t have prevented me from going into the office. Working from home is nice however my sleep schedule and mental health has suffered.

Advice

Always stay patient when assisting people with problems and make sure they don’t feel like a burden. When you have free time in an office walk around and meet new people rather than sitting at your desk on your phone. I would go around and ask people questions like how long they have been with the company or what they do in their job or what experience they had before joining our company. Being sociable and amicable goes a long way in business relations.
