I've been working for this company for 3 months now. It is an awesome, hands on experience if you have interest in the clinical research field. Most of the staff are incredibly nice and everyone is really willing to help you if necessary.
What I wish was different
The pay here is not good and when you complete more trainings the raises are minimal. They overwork associates when the clinic is busy and have no problem cutting hours when it isn't.
Advice
When first starting out, it can get kind of stressful. Do not let the training scare you out of this opportunity. On most days I have a lot of fun working here.
Being bilingual would make working here 10x easier.
