What I wish was different
Nothing! I enjoy my job. It is exactly what I need it to be for this season of my life.
Advice
Health Care (specifically surgery) is not for the faint of heart. It is a high stress environment with no room for mistakes. A mistake on my part could end up in a patient contracting an infection or even death. Not compromising standards and not crumbling under pressure are hallmarks of the job. Working with coworkers who support each other has made all the difference.
