I acquired customer services skills that will translate into other areas of my life not just in my time at chick-fil-a.

What I wish was different

The communication style. I felt like often their were mixed messages from Team Leaders and shift leaders and team members were held accountable.


Do not be afraid to make mistakes, but own up to your mistakes and not make excuses.
