What I wish was different
I was not fully trained which served as a detriment to my co-workers during crisis interventions which required restrains.
Advice
Do not go into this type of employment if you are not quick to forgive and resilient. You would be perfect if you are emphatic and understanding but able to be assertive and command respect.
