It was amazing getting to spend time with my other co-counselors as well as the kids. They made me experience great. I met so many new friends, and learned so much about myself and my leadership skills. I really enjoyed leading an eco-day with the children because I am very passionate about environmental education.
What I wish was different
There were a decent amount of my co-counselors that were fired or quit putting a lot of stress and awkward situations that did not create the best working environment.
Advice
Remember to take care of yourself and give yourself breaks when you need it because it can be a very stressful job, and you don't have tons of freetime.
