A really supportive environment that encouraged creativity and problem-solving. It's a very small organization so many of my ideas were met with a "Why not? Let's do it!"
What I wish was different
Some duties and responsibilities weren't as clearly laid out as they should have been, which led to some confusion and unnecessary stress.
Advice
Don't be afraid to work or apply for opportunities at smaller organizations! These can actually provide way more learning opportunities and chances for growth!
