Graphic Design Intern

June 2023 • Lancaster, PA

What I liked

Clark has a wonderful work environment that is very entrepreneurial and hard-working. Each team is super great and is very encouraging, especially to interns!

What I wish was different

I had a great experience! The only thing that I wish would have been different was the communication while in the hiring process.

Advice

Show up and do what you say you're going to do. Following through is so important and shows initiative and dedication. Work hard and have fun!

Procurement Intern

May - August 2020 • Lancaster, PA

What I liked

The people! Everyone was very nice and wanted to help me learn. They had a lot of intern events where we could meet leadership and other interns and learn about the company.

What I wish was different

The location isn't great for young people.

Advice

Explore the different positions there and don't be afraid to ask employees to lunch to talk! There's a lot of opportunity there.

The people I worked with and the project that I was responsible for finishing by the end of my internship.

Sales acssocaite

June - August 2018 • Lancaster, PA

What I liked

The company is great and works closely with LVC which was nice to have that connect. The people were friendly and very helpful. I received this internship opportunity and scholarship through LVC.

What I wish was different

I was told i could choose the department i wanted to intern with but because i studied abroad i was placed in a departments that really didn't help my career decision. The department i was in was similar to the jobs i had before and i was looking to explore more of an office job. i did, though, learn a lot and got my foot i the door with Clark Associates so i am thankful for that because i really want to work for Clark after graduation.

Advice

Do some research before choosing a department of interest. This will help you make the most of the opportunity.
