I have learned more about he medium and different processes. I have gained a wider view of the ceramic world and the many possibilities.
What I wish was different
As a studio tech, you are stuck in a routine and it can get tiring do the same thing over and over, feeling like you are no longer learning.
Advice
Keep an open mind, and achknowledge that you can learn something in any situation.
