What I liked
Everybody was nice and helpful, and they had me doing meaningful work, instead of just busy-work or getting coffee. The office was nice and they are moving to an even nicer office. The days were long (8:30am to between 5:30pm and 7:00pm) but never boring, so they did not seem as long. There is a chef in the mornings for breakfast, and a massive selection of delis and restaurants for lunch. Everybody was treated as an equal, and I as an intern would have great conversations with the leaders, especially the CEO, CFO, and CTO. The culture was very diverse, and resources for minorities were there but rarely used as there was no need to.
