I liked that I could choose how many hours I wanted to work between 12 & 40.
What I wish was different
I wish the morning hours would have been available for callers whom were at my stage and level of working.
Advice
This Job is not for everyone. I would not look into it as a full time job. It can be disappointing and sometimes unpredictable for how many hours you actually will get to work.

It was close to where I lived so I could walk because I didn't have a car

It was a little too relaxed. There was no structure, you could show up for work arbitrarily and work arbitrary hours.

There is such thing as being too relaxed and casual.

I like that we kinds got to pick our own hours and that I made friends there as well.

Management was very strict on things we couldn't control so that was sad.

I learned how to be patient and how to talk to many different kinds of people.

Just embrace it. People will be rude, but you have to just take it in stride.
