What I liked

I enjoyed the flexibility offered as this was a remote job. The management did a wonderful job communicating and helping me learn in my role. I would 100% recommend this company.

What I wish was different

If I were here long term I would have liked to meet my coworkers in person.

Advice

When you are working a remote internship or job, it is important to remember that communication is key. Always be open to constructive criticism and ask to see how you can improve. Especially when working remote, it is helpful to give a sum up to your boss of what you have accomplished during the day or week so they know you have been productive.
