CME had a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. They were there to help and guide interns on any questions or problems we faced. My schedule was different every day, so nothing ever became mundane.
What I wish was different
All of the paperwork at the beginning - but that's something we can't really change!
Advice
Learn as much as you can! You get such so many opportunities to talk to engineers and on site workers to pick their brain and get some great advice.
