The internship program was very close knit even though interns were based in NY and NJ. I enjoyed being able to attend meetings with other experienced insurance professionals, utilize my analytical skills and contribute to key decisions. I admired the casual environment and comfortable schedule : 3 days in person, 2 days at home. This company really cares about its employees’ well being and diversity in many ways.
What I wish was different
Past interns have mentioned that the current internship program has improved tremendously since the initial ones. Personally, I wouldn’t want it to be different. It was great in the selected format!
