I loved seeing the faces of kids light up in excitement when I've explained what new things we'd be learning for the day. It is incredible to know that I've been able to impact younger generations to a whole world of possibilities through the power of technology.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time to work at Code Ninjas! Going to work everyday was always refreshing.
Advice
It helps to know basic computer skills and to have an interest and some knowledge of some of the games kids play today. You don't need to be a computer science, but it does help greatly to be a programmer!

What I liked
I liked the freedom I got when to came to how I taught the main program (CREATE) and the summer camps. I could adjust the curriculum based on the group's strengths and weaknesses, and my teaching style.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more variety in the summer camps across years.
Advice
Jump in and don't be afraid to start even if you feel like you don't know enough.
