I really enjoyed the children that I worked with and the variety of activities I was able to do. For example, we had a field trip everyday. Additionally, I felt that the center gave a wide variety of different resources.
What I wish was different
I wish that there was better administration organization there because there was some confusing about expectations. Additionally, there was a low sense of community and a high employee turnover.
Advice
To be a camp conselor is requires a lot of dedication and openness to improve.
