What I liked
Flexible work schedule, direct deposit. I only talked childcare with parents, everything money related went through my manager.

More opportunities to work outside my nanny position as a sitter.
Advice
Don't be afraid to be open during your interview. You aren't bragging, your employer wants to know what accomplishments you have.

Same family all summer long and no worries about how you get paid.

The first family I was placed with wasn’t a match, but the second family was much better.
Advice
Focus on your kids and not your phone. I see too many nannies who don’t focus on their kiddos.
