What I liked

the people who worked there definitely made it worth it. they all made it a lot of fun.

What I wish was different

nothing really, i honestly don't know how they could improve that job experience.

Advice

every call you made was different and no two calls were the same because unlike other call centers they are not scripted, witch made it harder but the job did not get as repetitive.

The pay and the nest experience.

They weren’t forthright about the hours. They mentioned that over time would be offered, but never stated it was mandatory.

Make friends with the people who sit next to you.

What I liked

The pay was good. They had mandatory overtime for a month and half so I made a lot of extra money that way.

What I wish was different

No flexibility when it comes to hours because it’s all when doctors offices are open

Advice

To practice a typing test before you go to interview

Medical Record Retrieval Agent

What I liked

I thought the pay rate was very fair and there were always plenty of opportunities to do overtime if you wanted to put in the extra hours.

What I wish was different

I wish they would have been more clear about their expectations for their employees and more consistent in their feedback.

Advice

This was a great summer employment opportunity. The company was understanding and very flexible about when I would have to leave to go back to school. You definitely need to be comfortable talking to people on the phone, as that is what you are essentially doing for 8+ hours everyday.

MIPs Agent

What I liked

The workplace was awesome! Very engaging and laid-back enough. Casual dress, shorts and t-shirts, lunch provided every so often not much I didn’t like.

What I wish was different

Work hours, day and night shifts are okay but they might require you to work OT. If you cant stay extra time it might not be for you. (They won’t say no to you wanting to work extra hours though!)

Advice

Expect a computer desk job talking with hospitals and insurance companies. THEY DO NOT ALLOW CELL PHONES IN THE WORK AREA, this is because they deal with sensitive information.
