It is an amazing internship for a college student, especially one interested in accounting/finance. They pay well and are very flexible with school schedules and other conflicts that may arise. Furthermore, it is a small office in which you work very closely with multiple CPA's who give you a wide-range of assignments. This allows you to wear many different hats and gain a lot of experience that will help down the road.
What I wish was different
I have been here for about 6 months now, but so far I really have no complaints and feel that this is a really beneficial internship and a great step on my career path.
Advice
To be confident and eager to learn/work so that the people around you take notice.
