They have a great office building and are currently in a rebuilding phase as far as personnel go
What I wish was different
There is always stress with change. Currently CR as a high turnover rate and a retention problem.....that doesn't stop CO-OPs from having a good time and learning a lot.
Advice
Contribute as much as you can and get invested in the work you do. CR is looking to rebuild their personnel and image from the ground up. Talented and savvy Co-ops can easily turn into interns and full time employees.
