It was a fast paced team environment where there was little guidance, other then the training before I was actually in the store.
What I wish was different
In this store, in the areas that I work in are under staffed. This makes it stressful when you have to stay over to help out, which I always put in extra hours when asked.
Advice
Even though it may be stressful when you start out, you will get better with time and practice.
