I liked the hands-on experience. My boss at this internship let me do my own thing and allowed me to develop my own social media strategy for their company.
What I wish was different
I wish I had had more projects. Occasionally my boss had special projects for me that I enjoyed doing, it's just that I only had about 3 of them the whole summer.
Advice
Be organized. You are in charge of sending out mass emails, posting to social media and setting up presentations. It's important to be prepared for all of these, so make sure that everything is in order.
