What I liked
I loved the mentors that I worked with and the amount of independence I was given to really learn and grow. It has given me so many skills that will really prepare me moving forward in my professional career.
What I wish was different
There are high paid positions, but it is worth it if you are passionate and can make it work financially.
Advice
Don't feel afraid to reach out to researchers, they love to have more passionate individuals in their labs but make sure you are dedicated and put your best foot forward.

What I liked
I was immediately assigned various projects that challenged my intellectual abilities, familiarity with technology, organizational, and communication skills. I have learned a great deal about hospital management and organization.
What I wish was different
I wish I was more familiar with some online programs, especially excel.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions to your supervisors.
