CREOKS Behavioral Health Services is a non-profit human services agency, established in 1980, certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services, and accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).
CREOKS offers a wide-range of services as an all-in-one clinical setting for counseling/therapy services, case management, medications management, psychiatric rehabilitation and more in our 15 clinic locations across Eastern Oklahoma. Our clients may also receive services through our home-based or school-based programs. All services are designed to help those who need counseling support, substance abuse treatment, or those struggling with severe mental or behavioral illnesses.
