The people are amazing! The leadership really cares about the interns and brings them in and opens doors to lead in many ways. The interns have a lot of responsibilities and it is a great time to nurture leadership skills.
What I wish was different
I wish the team size was smaller. We had a team of 7 interns that really only needed to be 2 or 3, so a lot of people were less involved and became a hindrance to the team.
Advice
Be prepared to work hard and do a lot of behind the scenes work.
