What I wish was different
While the company had no control over this, I do wish there was more to do. Covid slowed them down and so there was only one active project and it was in the finalization stage.
Advice
If the job seems slow, look eagerly for opportunities to learn nee things. Often a more experienced employee will have something fun or educational for you to do even if it’s not very time-sensitive. You can also ask to shadow an upper-level employee.

What I liked
The work I did while interning here was very interesting, and the people I worked with are very passionate about the work they do. My manager and my coworkers were always available whenever I needed to talk to them or ask them for help with what I was doing, and they were very understanding. I was given a good deal of freedom to complete the tasks assigned to me.
What I wish was different
I have no complaints about the experience I had at Daifuku, and I wouldn't want the experience to be any different.
Advice
I would encourage any intern to go to the manager or the coworkers with any concerns or questions they might have during their internship. The people there are kind and more than willing to help.
