What I liked

It's a small store with few workers so the community was really good. Also I felt genuine pride in my job and the products I sold.

What I wish was different

We had a lot of turnover because a lot of the hires were young and the managers kept changing, which made procedure more confusing than it had to be.

Advice

Don't listen to gossip. Get information, but don't let it color your opinions of people.
