What I wish was different
Wished the CEO and co were more organized.
Signed stocks and then they didn't even tell me I had to send money to pay for them so they were more than likely trying to scam me.
Wished they didn't have to defer my pay by half, but I understand due to economic conditions they couldn't keep paying me my normal wage.
Wished they hired an actual UI/UX person that CARED about the job, seemed like the one they hired did not seem to be there as they had another full time job. Which is understandable that they were probably not getting paid much either.
