Placed on a real team, working on current technology (eWallets team). Lots of networking events, intern outings, and free food!

Sometimes the work load was light, but that's to be expected.

If you want more work, go get it. If you want to learn about a new role, go ask someone. If you're unhappy about something, say something.

- Great intern events (volunteering, meet the CEO and CIO, boat cruise, bowling, etc) - Real work on a team for a product I use - Free food here and there ;) - Great support system with managers, mentors, and other interns.

- More interaction with non-tech interns

Training was long and a lot of information, but there were some key topics that were missed or breezed over that were essential to the job.

Advice

Pay attention during the training and make sure to always care about the customer on the other end of the line.
