What I liked

I liked the convenience, consistency, and privacy of doing your work at a desk everyday in a cubicle. I also enjoyed the effort the owners made to incentive their employees.

What I wish was different

I wish the work environment had been less cliquey. While eating my lunch or on break at my desk all I would hear is people talking poorly upon their co workers in regards to their personal lives and I felt like I shouldn't be listening. I was also consistently told I'd be put in different position, the one discussed when interviewing and I never was,

Advice

If you're going to work a 9-5 style desk job, know it can be draining and be mentally prepared to do the same thing over and over again. It can be really good, you just have to keep yourself active outside of work and try not to be too tired after. Be assertive about what you want.
