What I liked
I loved the community of the staff and the interviews. I have never been a part of such a caring, community that was on fire for Jesus and passionate about reaching lost people by any means necessary.
What I wish was different
I wish we had more volunteers and more staff consistency. It was hard getting close to some staff members just to see them leave.
Advice
Be as involved as possible. Step outside your comfort zone and own it. Invest everything you have into your job and the return you get will be unexplainable.
