I love the people that I work with and work for. The atmosphere at Eaton is full of innovation in how to solve problems, the type of products we offer our customers, and even in diversity and inclusion. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand, answer a question, or even stop what they are doing to teach you a new skill. Throughout my time I got to work on numerous projects as I work on component level testing of the heavy duty transmissions we have currently in production and even newer ones. As I continue my experience, I hope to learn even more about electronics, the mechanics behind transmissions, and any random automotive knowledge each of my coworkers imparts on me.
