ECHOS clearly needs to hire an administrative assistant, but instead opts to bring on interns that don't legally have to be paid a living wage. I wish I had been given the opportunity to do more relevant work in my time at ECHOS.
Advice
Nearly any internship will have some busywork/clerical tasks, but that should not make up the majority of your workload. Don't settle for an internship that you're not learning anything from!
