staffing extremely low and employees didn't always show up when they were supposed to. Also had some nursing assistants try and get food outside of the employee menu through the residents occasionally (usually desserts).
Advice
Great way to get involved with food service and long term care, the residents are always happy to see staff and a very rewarding place to work.
