I really enjoyed that I was able to use my already known skills, such as music, and become a resource for the children who were interested in learning guitar or ukulele. It was also nice that I learned new skills while I was on my internship, such as photoshop.
What I wish was different
Advice
One piece of advice is to have fun. The youth are there to learn skills that interest them, and it's a much better experience if you enjoy the skills you're teaching as well. The positive attitude you exude can only add to the experience.
