What I liked

The market fundamentals team, learning about US wholesale energy markets, learning about the renewable energy industry, working on my projects, building skills (research, R, powerpoint, excel, making graphics, presenting), making connections/learning from mentors and senior workers in the company

What I wish was different

I wish it could have had some in-person elements, but that is a wish for the pandemic to be over, not a fault of Edison

Advice

Remote work can be hard, especially because it is so self-motivated, so try to make a schedule and set achievable goals for yourself to stay on track
