What I liked
They give you a spot on the trading floor like any other trader or Managing Partner would. This includes access to proprietary tools, softwares, and Bloomberg terminals. They assign you meaningful projects that will work for the benefit of the company, given that you do them correctly. They are all willing to help and go for coffees to meet you at a more personal level. Most are very charismatic people. Had the opportunity to attend client dinners, happy hours, and a baseball game in the EDJ box.
