What I liked

The company was good when I started and the mission to help children with autism was noble and worthwhile.

What I wish was different

The c-suite executives were terrible and unfocused. Literally everyone from the CEO to the VPs needed to be replaced.

Advice

DO NOT WORK FOR ELEMY. They don't care about children with autism, it's all about numbers. And those numbers don't look good. They have frequent layoffs because their business model is unsustainable. There are other companies doing the same thing successfully, do not work for Elemy.
