The English Learning Center is a program of Our Saviour's Community Services, a community-based nonprofit. We provide English (ESL), math, citizenship, computer and reading classes as well as advocacy to adult immigrants and refugees in the Phillips neighborhood of South Minneapolis. Currently the English Learning Center serves over 420 adult students each year. It has become a well-known community center for immigrants and refugees from all around the world. We are a volunteer-based organization: over 180 volunteers teach all the program classes.
