What I wish was different
I wish that regional and upper management as a whole had been more open to communication with local market teams, as they had pitched to us during core training. Fortunately there were a few wonderful exceptions.
Advice
This was a job centered around self-management and problem solving. Working for a start-up company requires you to be forward-thinking and constantly working towards refining processes to increase efficiency. You should be prepared for a to-do list of goals and objectives that is ever-changing and evolves with business needs.
