“- Everyone is super talented at what they do, awesome to work with, and lifts each other up! Talent management can sometimes get really repetitive with emails and the like, but everyone on the team genuinely cares about treating their actors right and puts in the time and attention to detail to keep everything going smoothly. - Shoutout to Alyss for being an AMAZING supervisor and always being so flexible, especially with working around my crazy school schedule, THANK YOU! - Everyone on the team is insanely busy, but ALWAYS down to just have a chat with you whether it's questions about how to do certain tasks or even just to talk about the industry (as long as you communicate with them ahead of time, of course). I really appreciated their openness and genuine desire to help the interns out in any way they could. - One thing that really stuck out to me is when me and another intern had our Day 1 onboarding meeting with Sean. Sean immediately asked for our pronouns, and the other intern (who was nonbinary) and I talked separately afterwards about how much they appreciated it and how rare it still is to have a CEO ask those kinds of questions. It's small things like that that really made me believe that these people care and that they'll continue to see success in the future! Thank you Sean, you're awesome! :) - They give you lots of different projects to work on on top of your daily tasks, so it really teaches you how to constantly stay on your toes when working in entertainment! ”
